INCIDENT INVESTIGATION
The learner will be able to:
- Have the knowledge on how to prepare for a meeting and take notes
- Know how to create reports throughout the incident investigation
- Have the knowledge on what questions to ask and how to handle disagreements
Purpose of the Course:
To equip employees with the skills to conduct thorough investigations that identify the root causes of incidents, prevent recurrence, and comply with legal requirements

This course is not HWSETA accredited but is based as a short course on the SAQA Unit Standard Number 259622.
